C. Billing & Payment Information

When you subscribe to CafeJobNet Pro, payment processing is handled exclusively by Stripe, Inc. CafeJobNet does not collect, process, or store your credit card number, debit card number, or CVV code. Stripe provides us only with transaction confirmation tokens, subscription status, and billing cycle dates.

CafeJobNet provides optional artificial intelligence features (powered by OpenAI APIs) to help candidates tailor their resumes and generate professional cover letters for specific job listings.

• How it works: When you choose to use the AI Cover Letter or Resume Tailoring tool, relevant excerpts of your uploaded resume and the selected job description are securely sent via encrypted API to OpenAI for processing.
• Model Training Protection: Under OpenAI's business API data privacy terms, data submitted through their API is not used to train or improve OpenAI models.
• User Control: Using AI features is completely optional. You may choose not to upload a resume or not to invoke the AI assistant without impacting your ability to browse and apply for jobs.

5. Third-Party Services & Integrations

We partner with select third-party service providers who assist us in operating our infrastructure, analytics, and billing under strict confidentiality and security requirements:

External Application Links: When you click "Apply" on a job listing, you are redirected to the official careers site or Applicant Tracking System (such as Workday, Phenom People, JazzHR, Taleo, CatsOne, or ADP) of the hiring employer. Any data you submit on that third-party website is governed by the hiring company's own privacy policy.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

• Uploaded Resumes: You can delete or replace your uploaded resume at any time directly through your Profile page.
• Application History: You may edit or delete individual application tracking logs from your dashboard.
• Instant Self-Service Deletion: You can permanently delete your account, uploaded resumes, and all associated personal data instantly via the Danger Zone on your Profile page.
